ABOUT THE APARTMENT

Lely Resort Golf and Country Club, Coral Falls.

We are located in “Coral Falls” section in the Amazing & Beautiful Lely Resort Golf and Country Club in Naples Florida! Lely Resort is situated on more than 3,000 acres and offers more than 20 miles of paths for biking, jogging or walking, 2 Golf Courses. The Gulf of Mexico / Ocean is only minutes away and is equal distance (about 10 minutes) to Naples beaches or Marco Island beaches, shopping or restaurants with beautiful views of the Gulf. Public parking lots available for beach access. Condo is fully furnished, recently remodeled. New granite countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms. Full Kitchen and all utilities are included. Free parking and Wi-Fi. Computer desk and chair is set up for those who need a “workcation” getaway!

All three buildings which comprise Coral Falls Resort are built in the southeast corner of the Lely Resort near the corner of Route 41 and Collier Blvd. All amenities at the Lely Resort are an easy walk or bike ride away and this location also provides easy access to both downtown Naples and Marco Island. There are 64 units in the complex which includes a center building of 32 units on four floors with smaller buildings on either side that have 16 units each on 3 floors. All buildings were built after the year 2000 to the latest hurricane and building code requirements. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a private screened in lanai that faces a large natural area. .

House rules

Approval and picture of pet is required before the final approval.
Hypoallergenic pets and small pets are preferred, owner has pet allergies.
Please refrain pets from laying on any of the furniture, including the bedrooms, sofa, chairs.
All dogs/cats must be potty trained. Also, when walking your dog, please pick up after your pet. There are bags located in the rear of the parking lot and dispose in the large dumpsters located outside in the parking lot.
Pets must be under 50 lbs., again the host/owner has the final say if a pet is allowed or not into their rental.

Pet fees

Pet fee is $50.00 for weekly rentals and/or a $50.00 per month, for rentals more than 21 + days.
There will be an additional $120.00 cleaning fee for pets.
If any damage is done from renters’ pet, please be aware the $250.00 security deposit fee will be collected by either the owner or through Airbnb.
However, if significate property damage happens, there will be an additional fee charged. Renter must comply to pay within 7 business days from departure.

Guest Access

Guest has access to use the Coral Falls pool, hot tub, bbq grills and tiki huts with picnic areas.
Condo comes equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Beach chairs, beach towels, beach bag, beach cart, umbrella and coolers are available for our guest to use during your stay.

Other things to note

You will receive a “Welcome booklet” prior to your arrival to help answer any questions you may have prior to check-in.
January, February, March must be booked from the beginning of the month to the end of month. (Cannot book mid month to mid month). 28 night min stay.

Cancelation Policy

All cancelations made 5 days prior will receive 100% refund and anything after 5 days is NO REFUND

Applies to any stay under 28 nights

Guests get a full refund if they canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non- refundable.
